Choose a template design for your website

Choosing a website design which fits your website's purpose is important. There are many template designs to choose from within the Site Right low cost small business website builder.
 
We have tried to cover as many scenarios as possible but if some of the industry specific website template designs aren't suitable then you can choose one of our generic ones.
 
Alternatively, you don't have to use one of the free templates within the editor. We design custom built templates for the editor too. If you are interested in the service please open a support ticket from the main menu.

How do I choose a template design?

To choose a template design for your website, do the following:

  • Log in to Site Right 
  • From the main menu click 'Site settings / admin'. 
  • Click the 'Naming and appearance' link 
  • Next to 'Default Template' is a drop-down box and a 'Preview' Link. This is the design currently applied to your website. Click 'Preview' to have a look. If you are happy with that template you do not need to do anything and can click back to the 'Main Menu'.
      
  • If you are unhappy with the template and wish to change it:
      
  • Click the 'Default Template' it to see a list of templates. Click again to choose one. 
  • Click 'Preview' to see how this will look with your website (make sure pop up windows are enabled in your browser). 
  • Repeat the last two steps again until you find a template that is suitable for your web site. 
  • Once you have found a template that is suitable click the 'Store Changes' button when you are ready to save the changes. 
  • Note: If you want to apply this template to all your web pages, click the box next to 'Set template of existing pages on site to this default'.
